It’s time to get back. Slowly but surely.
It's time to gradually resume normal activities. Following three weeks of limited mobility, with the exception of short walks and cautious movement, I believe my recovery from a concussion and rib fractures is progressing well, and incorporating light exercise will likely facilitate further recovery.
