🚨 WE BROKE ONE OF OUR DUCKS OUT OF SCHOOL! 🦆💚💛

We had a very special mission today! Wyatt from out 10U team got a little early dismissal so he could spend some time giving back and volunteering at the Walls Elementary Trunk or Treat! 🎃👻

We love seeing these boys learn that being part of a team is about more than baseball. It’s about showing up, giving back, being involved in your community, and making a difference wherever you can.

Today’s mission: less classroom, more community service! 😂🦆

Proud of our Ducks on and off the field! 💚💛

🦆💚 LET’S HELP WALLS ELEMENTARY HAVE A SPOOKTACULAR DAY! 💛🎃

Our Diamond Ducks families will be hosting a Duck Trunk at Walls Elementary’s Community Trick-or-Treat on Friday, October 30th! 👻🍬

This special event takes place during the school day for the students, giving the kids a chance to enjoy some Halloween fun with their classmates! We want to help make this day extra special, but the school could use some additional community support to make sure there are plenty of goodies for all the kids. 💚💛

We’re asking our Duck family, friends, and anyone who would like to help to consider donating!

🎃 HERE’S HOW YOU CAN HELP:
🍬 Bags of candy
🍿 Individually wrapped snacks and treats
🎁 Small goodies or fun surprises for the kids
💚 Monetary donations to help purchase candy, treats, and supplies

📍 DONATION OPTIONS:
• Drop off donations directly at Walls Elementary School.
• Arrange to meet a Duck parent or coordinate a drop-off near Snowden.
• Monetary donations are also welcome via Venmo, Cashapp, or Apple Pay.

Venmo:
Cashapp: $ShawneeBurkett

📸 We’ll be sharing pictures showing where donations went and how they helped make this event special for the kids!

With approximately 700 students, every little bit helps! Whether you can donate a bag of candy, a box of snacks, or a few dollars, it all adds up. No donation is too small, and any and all help is genuinely appreciated! 🥰

📲 Questions or want to arrange a donation? Contact Brittany Burkett at 901-494-2028.

Let’s show up for our community, support our school, and help make this a Halloween the kids will remember! 🦆🎃

Thank you for always supporting our Duck family and helping us give back to our community! 💚💛

Little Friday night warm up and World Series watch party tonight for our 8U. We hit the fields in the morning for our local tournament. We are so proud of the work these boys have put in!

🥈🦆 2ND PLACE FOR THE 10U DIAMOND DUCKS! 🦆🥈

It was a LONG, cold day at the ballpark, but these boys battled their way to a 3-2 finish and brought home 2nd place! 💚💛

After playing 3 games straight, getting just a one-game break, and then turning around to play 2 more back-to-back, these boys were put to the test! It wasn’t always pretty, and we definitely had some struggles along the way, but they kept fighting and found their way to the championship. ⚾️

With a couple of our boys out, we had two pickup players step in and make a BIG impact for us today. Shout out to Maverick and Weston for jumping in and helping our Ducks compete! 💪🏼

We also got to see some boys step into new roles, pitch, and play positions we don’t always get to see them in. That’s what it’s all about — learning, adjusting, being a good teammate, and doing whatever the team needs!

We may not have played our best baseball all day, but these boys showed they could fight through a tough schedule, adjust when needed, and still come away with something to be proud of. There’s always something to learn, and we’ll keep working!

Cold weather, a long day, and five games later… YOUR DIAMOND DUCKS ARE BRINGING HOME 2ND! 🥈🦆

Proud of these boys and the way they kept battling! 💚💛

9U Mighty Mallard went to Waylen this practice. He was a great student and showed amazing grit. Way to get after it Waylen.

Fall Halloween Party Night with the 8U Diamond Ducks at Cedar Hill Farms with fire pit and fun! 🦆🎃🔥

We spent the night roasting marshmallows, building/eating s’mores, eating hot dogs cooked right over the fire and screaming on the haunted hay ride.

The best part of the night was spending time together!! What started as a team has turned into family, and nights like this are why. Nights to remember. 💚
