We offer the following programs: Parent & Tot classes, Preschool/Pre-K classes (co-ed), School-age Girls' Gymnastics Program, Boys' Ninja Warrior Training, Tumbling Instruction, Private Lessons, Birthday Parties, Competitive Team Xcel Levels Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Levels 6-10 (housed in their own TEAM TRAINING facility!)

Our programs are curriculum and progression based and are taught by highly trained and CERTIFIED coaches in a meticulously CLEAN gym environment! We would love it if you joined our gym family! Making History!

We could not be more proud of our Level 10 gymnast, Kate Carollo, for making history as the first Destin High School student to receive a full-ride Division I athletic scholarship!

Kate has grown up at U.S. Gold Gymnastics, and we’ve had the privilege of watching her hard work, dedication, and love for this sport take her all the way to the University of New Hampshire, where she will continue her gymnastics career at the Division I level! 🤸‍♀️

A huge thank you to WJHG for sharing Kate’s story and highlighting this incredible milestone.

We are so proud of you, Kate, and can’t wait to see what’s next! 💙❤️
