It’s time to get our stick skills ready for season! Grab a ball and your stick, head outside to your wall or rebounder, call your teammate on FaceTime and do this routine together!
Focus on keeping your feet moving and minimizing drops. By the end of the winter, you should be able to do this routine without thinking!
Can’t wait to be back on the field in just three months - let’s make sure we are ready for it!

Today is defender Kristian Bennett! Kristian will be attending University of Michigan in the fall, and will be majoring in Biology or Biochemistry!
“I initially started playing lacrosse because i wanted to do something to keep my body active. I had no idea how important this sport would become to me over time. It helped me realize that my body is fully capable of doing the extreme if I really put my mind to it, and it taught me to be both mentally and physically strong. Because of this sport I’ve also had the opportunity to meet people I can gladly call my friends for life, and even though I only got to play with my teammates for a short period of time, I wouldn’t trade the experience I’ve had with them for anything in this world. I’m most excited to be on campus for college, studying things I’m genuinely interested in while meeting new people, and also playing club lacrosse!”
We love you and can’t wait to see what your future holds. So proud of the young woman you’ve become!
