The Condor Sevens is New Zealand's premier national secondary schools rugby sevens tournament, showcasing the country's top young talent. The 2025 tournament is scheduled to take place at Blake Park in Mount Maunganui, with the following dates:

Thursday, November 27th - Friday, November 28th, 2025: The format and age brackets for this segment are currently under negotiation with New Zealand Rugby. The organizers aim to include the Year 9 & 10 Festival, but the exact structure is yet to be finalized. ​
Saturday, November 29th - Sunday, November 30th, 2025: Open Championship.

The tournament has a rich history spanning over 30 years and has grown significantly, hosting 112 teams in 2020. It features competitions across multiple divisions, including Open and Under-15 categories for both boys and girls. The event serves as a crucial platform for young athletes, with standout players often selected for the Condors Tournament Team, gaining automatic nomination for the New Zealand Condors Teams that compete at the World Schools Tournament in December.
