We’re hopping in to tell you we will be running our normal class schedule Easter Sunday. Make sure to book in early! If you are unable to attended, please remove yourself asap to avoid any late charges & allow another member to take your place.

Please be advised we will not be altering our Sunday class schedule on Easter. Based on years prior, we do anticipate classes to be waitlisted. Please book in to class asap if you plan on attending. If you are no longer able to attend, please remove yourself at least 4 hours prior to your class starting or you will be charged a late cancel/no show fee.

Starting March 1, we will be offering a heathy habit challenge!👏 Members can participate by downloading the “Habit” app where you can set new habits and connect with friends who have the same habit goals! Be sure to let your non-member friends know too, as we have a special 6 week membership we are offering to new members who would like to participate in the 6 week challenge.🥳

InBody scans are included in the challenge and sign up’s to scan in will be available at the desk February 27, 28 & 29th.

Pick up your 60 day habit tracking handout at the desk if you would like to participate, but would prefer a non-digital option.
