Last week, 4 seniors from the Cass Tech Men’s Lacrosse team, including our Head Coach, were recognized at the Senior Honors Convocation here at CT. The Senior Honors Convocation is an annual awards ceremony where Technicians are recognized for their achievements in the classroom & for making the honor roll. Today we recognize Damarius Works, Charles Baldwin III, Donovan Moore, for maintaining a 3.2+ GPA with Jason Frye earning Suma Cum Laude honors finishing his senior year with a 3.9. Absolutely outstanding.👏👏👏 Our head coach, Coach Mac, was also recognized as an “Impact Educator” for the second year in a row being nominated by Jason Frye for having the “greatest impact on a student’s academic career”.

We’re incredibly proud of our young men & Coach for their accomplishments, and we will continue to set the standard and pursue excellence in all things we do as a program. 📈

Very proud of our young men. Being down early, the Technicians settled in & found their rhythm, putting together strong plays & winning the ground game. Though still not our cleanest performance, the grit of this team was alive and well on both sides of the ball. We’ll take the win, but know the amount of reps we have ahead to play at the level we should. Committed to the work, Day By Day. Our record improves to 6-6 on the season.
