💪🏽TESTIMONY ⁣
Khaled stuck with me for a year, after wanting to develop healthy habits and stay in good shape. ⁣

After our first month, the back pain he was experiencing from work had gone away. ⁣

The kettlebell deadlift with the band was used to work on proper hinge form. (Seen one Instagram Hazimeh.fitness) By the end of our training, Khaled was making easy work of some heavy weight. Now he deadlifts more than 300lbs! ⁣

And he was always up to try something new.⁣

We tackled a couple different programs from push, pull, legs, to HIIT, to upper lower, and muscle splits depending on how his goals changed and the time he could put in the gym. ⁣

Malak was looking to improve her health, and in three months - she dropped a pants size, lowered her cholesterol to a healthy level, became stronger, and improved her mobility. ⁣

In our time together, we were able to work better form on pushups. Getting her down to the 24” box for the incline. (Not in the video). ⁣

And we started her lunges off with the TRX band for assistance. By the end of our sessions, she was lunging freely, full depth with light weight. This was huge progress! ⁣

She also felt less pain in her shoulders from sitting at a desk all day. ⁣

🌟 Transformation! 🌟 ⁣

226 down to 206 in about six months! We’ve been working hard, and Leeza made a lot of progress off the scale as well. After a while she admitted to actually enjoyed coming into the gym - a big win! ⁣

🌟 ~ 3 Month Transformation ~ 🌟⁣

Mounika had never stepped foot in a gym prior to our sessions together. She was worried her lack of knowledge might cause her to injure herself. So she hired me to teach her and get her in better overall health. ⁣

When we first started the three month journey, she could not do a push up - not even from the knees. She absolutely killed it in our sessions to the point where she ended up being able to do ❗️15 IN A ROW❗️⁣

If you have a massive sweet tooth like me, aim to make your meals sweet but healthy! I love making my oatmeal with different ingredients! ⁣

Base: ⁣
1 packet of quick plain oats ⁣
3ish oz of almond milk⁣
1 tbs of chia seeds⁣
1tbs of flax seeds⁣

❗️Both chia and flax seeds are good sources of omega-3 fats and help digestion. They are great added in oatmeal, smoothies, and salads.⁣

Toppings:⁣
1/2 a Banana 🍌 ⁣
1 tbs of walnuts (also a good source of O-3s)⁣
1 tbs of chocolate chips⁣
2 strawberries ⁣

Calories: 442⁣
Macros: P/10g, C/62g, F/18g⁣

⭐️ ~ 3 Month Transformation ~ ⭐️ ⁣

Maria has an incredibly fast metabolism, and during quarantine she had lost a lot of her strength and muscle mass. She came to me looking to get back to where she was pre-rona, helping her focus on her lower body. First picture she is 118lbs, and currently stands at 125lbs. Peep those defined quad lips 👀 ⁣

Amaria came looking to lose some weight and build up her 🍑 and legs. Over three months she lost about 15 pounds and gained more confidence! Here’s what she had to say: ⁣

“Working with Nadia helped me achieve so much. My biggest issue was pushing myself and being with her was no problem at all. If she asked “You thing you can go up to 145lbs?” and I replied “Absolutely not...” her response would be “Eh let’s try it anyways.” I cannot verbalize how many times I wanted to cry lol💀.
