Shout out 📣 Southpoint U18 Stars

These ladies came in as a team and worked incredibly hard consistently all season long, and it paid off.
Every one of these girls finished the year stronger, faster, and more resilient!

More importantly, they learned HOW to train, WHY they were doing what they were doing, and set themselves up for a lifetime of safe, effective, training.

The ladies of were working hard dialling in their post-play habits this week!

These girls are eager to learn and work hard to sharpen their skills.

Just as important, we took the time to discuss the right game situations to use these skills. If a goalie has all the tools but no blueprint, they won’t be able to construct the best game plan. Fortunately, these girls have both 💪🏻

Congratulations to on making it to Girls National 15 Camp!
This is a huge accomplishment. Rilyn has put in hours of extra work on her game and I couldn’t be happier to see it pay off for her!

States, Provincials, Nationals, Championship Weekend, Playoffs; whatever these goalies had to prepare for, they put everything into it and it’s been awesome to watch the results do the talking.

As this season wraps up and you reflect on your year, did you GIVE the consistent effort in your preparation to GET the chance to show up when it counted most?

Very proud of all my Little Caesars goalies this weekend! With two state championships and one hard fought runner-up, goaltending continues to be a major strength of LC girls hockey!

My favourite part of the Christmas season is the people I get to share it with.

I’ve been super blessed this Christmas to have the opportunity to share the ice with some of my favourite people, both old friends and new.

I hope everybody has the chance to spend time with loved ones this holiday season.

Had an awesome goalie session this week with the goalies working on eye-lead.

Having the goalies beat the pass with their head and eyes only, and waiting for the shooter’s tap to push ensures they’re making a good read of the situation before they decide how to get there. Getting that information as early as possible is key to attacking the situation in the best way.
Goalies and shooters worked hard, and everyone got better!

As always, summer was a whirlwind. Sincere thanks to all of the goalies who trusted me with their off seasons this year, and to the hard working shooters who challenged them to be at the top of their game.
