Team network (0-1) dropped its opening game in the MBL 96-93 in overtime to the Michigan Avengers (1-0).

Game 1 of Maximum Basketball League @ Detroit Avengers. Very pleased with NetWork's heart and effort as we got down early and battled back. Definitely a great team effort.

ABA: BREAKING NEWS

The American Basketball Association has made the wise decision to postpone this year's season from its normal November start date. Games will now be scheduled to begin in the new year.

The ABA's Regional Chairs after polling their respective groups, followed the wishes of the majority of the League's almost 200 teams, and made the suggestion to CEO Joe Newman.

Although teams in agreement are able to begin play in 2020, they are expected to follow all up-to-date state and national covid restrictions and policies.

Starting in January, teams will play a season shortened from the normal 20 game schedule. Playoffs, to be held this year in Binghamton, New York, will proceed, as normal, in April.

Team NetWork is Partnering with Beautiful Lives Project, a new and growing non profit organization with the mission to provide people with disabilities the opportunity to enjoy and actively participate in events with: sports, music, performance arts, nature and wellness programming.

NetWork Owner, Monica Belanger has also joined the BLP as Chapter President for Detroit and Ann Arbor.
