Happy Global Running Day!

Normally we'd be hosting the Scavenger Hunt today. But, well, we've been really busy (thanks we needed that $$$!) and a little overwhelmed. We do have a limted number of gift bags available today with any purchase of $100 or more.

And about that Scavenger Hunt. It's still on, just bumping it to Wednesday June 17th.

Tuesday is the offical kick off of the 2026 season of Track Tuesday!

Our free, coach led workouts build each week to prepare you for your fall race goals. Open to all paces and levels.
It really is as simple as show up ready to run by 6pm sharp, and bring your willingness to push yourself just a little harder than you may be use to. We'll guide you on what to do, and the right effort or pace to target.
Come make friends, find a speed you didn't know you had and have fun while doing it.
Be sure to bring your water bottle and hydration of choice.

Starting in June we're opening on Sundays through October.

You may have seen some new faces around here. We've added to our team and have a awesome crew that's ready to help you find the perfect running or walking shoe, guide you on fueling, or help you beat the summer heat with hydration recommendations. Best of all, you can now have that 5-Star RUNdetroit experience 7 days a week!

Starting June 7th we'll open 11-3. Drop in and say "hi!"
