Junias Holmes is a wellness coach, trainer, and public health professional passionate about helping individuals build confidence, strength, and sustainable healthy habits. With a background in athletics and community wellness, Junais combines functional training, performance based movement, and mindset coaching to create an approach that challenges both the body and mind.
Whether he’s training athletes, helping clients transform their lifestyle, or pushing people through challenging workouts, Junais brings energy, discipline, and authenticity to every session. His approach is centered around growth building strength, confidence, resilience, and habits that carry outside the gym.
Outside of coaching, you’ll usually find him staying active, or at the movies. His lives by Kaizen: Continuous improvement or change for the better
