“I lost 62lbs!” - Rudi

So far:
🔥From 234lbs to 172lbs
💪Lost 62lbs and not bounced back
💃Felt confident in a crop top for the first time
😎2 years in and still going strong!

joined my coaching program in May 2020.

Rudi had struggled for a long time.

She had tried every single diet that’s out there. She would lose a few lbs and then bounce back within a few weeks.

“I got myself on the scale for the first time in 4-5 years and I was like, how have I let myself go so much?”

“I tried fasting, diets, quick fixes, pills, plasters, keto tablets… none of that works!”

“I decided to join Amy because I’d hit the rock bottom. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life, I don’t enjoy my life anymore, don’t enjoy hanging out with my friends, don’t enjoy wearing my clothes.”

Since Rudi joined my coaching program, we went through the different phases,
1. Reset Phase
2. Resensitising Phase
3. Revitalising Phase

This process forced her body to start shedding stubborn body fat whilst bumping up her metabolism.

This meant she lost 55lbs in the first 5 months!

“I was so surprised that I’ve never heard about this. I’ve never balanced my life and balanced my nutrition.”

“We all have our ups and downs, I’ve probably given Amy the most headache out of all her trainees. But I’m impressed with how far I’ve come. I’ve run a 10 mile marathon, I’ve gone for long walks, hilkes, climbed the hill, and fitted in dresses I haven’t fitted in years. And people around me say I look fantastic!”

Not only that, she’s looking amazing in her first ever crop top!

“I’m wearing pre-lockdown clothes again!” - Onai

Her time so far:
🔥From 83kg to 75.7kg in 12 weeks
💃Back into pre-lockdown clothes
🏋️‍♀️Progressed from home workouts to getting comfortable in the gym

At the beginning of 2022, was recovering from an illness & wanted to get fit & healthy again.

“It had been about 2 years since I could actually fit into my clothes. I also wanted to get fitter.”

Onai knew she needed to do something about her health & she reached out to me.

“Initially I was a bit skeptical about the results, but I came to a point where I’ve tried a few things by myself & wasn’t too successful.”

Since she joined my 12 Week Stubborn Fat Loss Coaching program, we used the Protein Cycling Method to get her body to a healthy state again. This meant we started using up her body fat whilst improving her metabolism.

“I’ve lost about 8kg over the last 12 weeks!”

“It’s been absolutely fantastic & I find myself wearing my pre-lockdown clothes again!”

Using my Body Toning Complex (BTC) training method, she consistently completed 3 home workouts every week. As we built strength, she started building confidence to get back in the gym.

“My stomach is flatter!” - Sharan

In her time so far:
🔥 Lost 9kg in 12 weeks (from 74kg to 65kg)
😊 Started wearing bright colours
⏳ Built hourglass shape

works as an office manager in London. Most days she works from home.

Sharan gained a lot of weight over the past few years.
