Regular training can help increase energy expenditure and maintain good physical fitness. When combined with a balanced diet, it can also support gradual weight loss.

Every new belt in judo is not just a different color. It is a symbol of knowledge, discipline, character, and hundreds of hours of training ☝🏻

Before taking the exam, our athletes go through serious preparation:
✔️ they practice throwing and holding techniques;
✔️ they repeat the required elements of the program;
✔️ they learn how to correctly perform techniques with a partner;
✔️ they train endurance, attentiveness, and confidence in their abilities.

A belt exam is an important milestone that shows how ready an athlete is to move forward. Here, it is not only important to demonstrate technique, but also to show respect for your partner, discipline, and a responsible attitude toward training.

We are truly proud of every student who bravely steps onto the tatami, overcomes their nerves, and confirms their knowledge.

Congratulations to everyone who successfully passed the exam for a new belt! 🥳

There are many more victories, new goals, and achievements ahead 🔥
