Every Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day, Highway One sponsors a free 75 minute yoga class held at one of our venues (usually ivy). The poses aren't complicated but they are challenging: you won't be putting your leg behind your head but you might be holding plank for a long time! We welcome all levels, just do what's appropriate for you. The class is first come, first served, there is no advance sign-up. We have a limited number of yoga mats available to rent for $2 (cash only). You should bring water, a towel, and possibly a second, small hand towel, it can get pretty sweaty.
