Course distances by age group:
🔹 Ages 6–8
• Swim 50 meters
• Bike 1.5 miles
• Run 1/2 mile
🔹 Ages 9–11
• Swim 100 meters
• Bike 3 miles
• Run 1 mile
🔹 Ages 12–15
• Swim 150 meters
• Bike 4.5 miles
• Run 1.5 miles
