👩💼Women make up only 21% of leadership positions in the US today according to the Institute for Women’s Leadership.
At 13 Stripes we have partnered with Lift Her Up to teach our girls to be strong physically, emotionally, and mentally for whatever life throws at them.
Our goal is to give our girls the chance to develop the leadership and confidence they need to be whatever they choose in life. Using fitness and leadership training, we want to teach them to believe in themselves and know they are capable of great things. 💪💪

🦋 The first session of Lift Her Up is open for registration!
Our mission is to instill a sense of confidence, strength, and self-esteem in the female youth in our community.
We want girls to know what it is like to be strong and confident and to go through life as leaders in school, sports, and every day activities.
Our first 6 week session will start September 7th and run Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30PM-7:30PM. At the end of the session, there will be a chance for all of the girls to participate in a optional add-on team building activity as well, which for this session will be at a ropes and zip-lining course.
