ABSOLUTE DOMINATION! Ikram went out this weekend and had a dominant performance at Controlled Combat this Saturday. He submitted all of his opponents and used his wrestling to secure the gold medal and reach the top of the podium (go to the next slide to see amazing throws) His future is very bright in this sport and we are excited to see how he grows!

Another amazing day of testing and promotions! The students went through rigorous testing across a multitude of positions. Showcasing both offensive and defensive skills over 16 rounds! On top of that, those testing for their blue belts had to endure a 20 minute shark tank round where they had a fresh opponent come in every two minutes. We had a lot of students earn their stripes and had three of our guys get their blue belts. The coaches are super grateful and happy with how everyone is improving, and more importantly, how everyone is creating a culture of positivity. Congrats to all those that ranked up and tested yesterday. Big things are planned for Crescent and we can’t wait see how the team grows!
