September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month. 💜🎗️💙

Our Cynthia wanted to remind you with a simple flower and an important message: YOU ARE NOT ALONE. 🌼

To those who are struggling silently, those who have lost someone, those who have survived, and those who love someone who is struggling - you matter, your story matters, and you are loved.

A small act of kindness can go further than we know. Check on your people. Be kind. Listen. Remind someone they are never alone. 💜

🌼 You are seen. You are loved. You are not alone.

💚 MEET YOUR HYROX COACH: REESA 💚

Say hi to Coach Reesa Nuss! 👋🏼🔥

Originally from Jetmore, KS, Reesa now calls Dodge City home with her sweet boyfriend, two cats, and a fish! ❤️🐱🐟 When she’s not putting in work at the gym, you can probably find her singing and rehearsing… just in case Broadway decides to call. 🎤✨

Fitness has always played an important role in Reesa’s life, and now she gets to share that passion with our Flex community through HYROX. 💪🏼

She loves the challenge, the energy, and seeing what our members are capable of when they push themselves outside of their comfort zone.

“I feel very blessed to be able to share my love for fitness here at Flex!” 💚

We’re so excited to have Coach Reesa helping grow our HYROX community!
