In just a couple of days, it will officially have been ONE YEAR since I created this page! 🫠

Something I have personally been working on is overcoming a poverty mindset and having a better attitude. 🐸
I recently asked one of my most positive attituded clients how she maintains this air of happiness. I honestly expected to hear something like "I just choose to be positive", but instead she told me about some of the hardest moments she faced in her life, with alternating laughs and tears from the both of us. She has been my client for 11+ years and I had no idea. 🥹 She said, "Nothing will be as hard as those moments in my life, and if I survived those, the rest is easy." She chose to encourage herself while the darkness began to fade into the light.

And after hearing a podcast about listening to your inner voice, the question they asked was is your inner voice nice or is she grumpy? Encouraging or berating? A coach or a critic? 😅😅 I have personally described mine as a troll. 🧌

It starts with catching yourself in the morning. Start a grumpy thought but end it is a coach. "This sucks... but it won't suck for long." 🤣🥳 Just a realistic example. But the way making those changes in your own inner dialogue changes your attitude and your interactions with others??? Your mindset will shift in no time. It starts as an inside job folks.

So. What have I changed in a year? I applied and got accepted into a competitive master's program that starts in a month (see y'all in 3 years!!! 😅😅) and finally expanded my other business with the addition of other amazing, talented, and driven women. 💖

I currently have mid-morning openings Wednesday-Friday for 'I don't want to be a grump' coaching if you are ready for things to be different. 🐸
