We are SO proud of our moms for stepping outside their comfort zones, having some fun, and showing our daughters that we are willing to try, too! It’s not always about being perfect—it’s about showing up, trying something new, and making memories together.

💎 A little DIAMOND brag! 💎

This is the SECOND student this week who came to me excited because she beat everyone in her school, even the boys, in push-ups! 💪🏼🩷

So I smile when someone tries to convince me that dance isn’t a sport. 😉

Because I know exactly what our dancers bring to the table: strength, coordination, flexibility, endurance, discipline, teamwork, and determination, and clearly, all those hours in the studio are paying off outside of it too!

But what makes me proudest? We’re raising STRONG girls. Strong bodies, strong minds, and girls who know they can do hard things. Confident hard working.

Keep showing them what dancers and tumblers are made of, Diamond Dance producing strong athletes 💎💪🏼🩷
