Rad Power Bikes faces shutdown in January without new funding | TechCrunch Seattle-based Rad Power has gone through multiple rounds of layoffs over the last few years coming out of the pandemic. However, the company is "still fighting to find ways to continue" according to an email viewed by TechCrunch.

Light & Fast: While some of you loved the deep aero tube shapes of the previous Madones, and others rather the light weight responsiveness of the Émonda - both were getting close to each other for data - so Trek decided to go all in and merge the two together - creating an all new Madone that is as fast as the previous Madone and as Light as the Emonda.

Data: 77 seconds faster than the previous Émonda and 320 grams lighter than the previous Madone Frameset.

The updated and lighter Isoflow is 80% more vertically compliant than the before. Its comfortable!!!

While some may see it as a bike that can’t compete with the more “deep aero tube shape” bikes on the market - in its first race at the Criterium Du Dauphine - it won the Stage 1 sprint…. With ease.
