Today's workout should involve weights or DBs that allow you to do the 3 rounds in 2 min or so then get right to the burpees. Your score is your amount of burpees. Have fun!

Get Swole Wednesday!
In all reality it's good to slow down, control the movements, and fill the muscles with blood. Rest minimally between sets and try to do the curls+front raise+curls as a complex.

Let's work some shoulders and jump capacity!
Pick a weight on the dumbbells that forces you to do no more than three sets to get to the 15 reps of hang cleans and push press. On the box jumps and DU, try to control your speed to allow your heart rate to settle.

What's with all the science wording? Let's explain👇
Cleveland Clinic performed a study that concluded that no matter the age or s*x exercise decreases chances of dying early in life.
Beyond that the study showed no ceiling to the benefits meaning the more healthy and fit you are the longer your life should be.
So what does that mean for you?
Exercise is literally medicine to keep you living a long life. So get out and move in a way you enjoy. Lift weights, run, dance, hike, swim, whatever gets your heart pumping and makes you happy do.
Just get active!
