🌟MEET MACY: STUDIO INSTRUCTOR🌟

I’m the Marketing Coordinator at the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine, specializing in events- so connecting people and creating memorable experiences is something I truly love.

Exercise has always been important to me, and when I joined Move4 in 2024, it immediately became the most empowering part of my day. The studio truly feels like a home away from home- the community is welcoming, supportive, and uplifting. I’m incredibly grateful for the role Move4 has played in my fitness journey and hope to be the same source of encouragement and support for others.

🌟MEET SARAH: STUDIO INSTRUCTOR 🌟

I am from Columbus, Georgia, and moved to Dothan in 2016 with my husband. We have two beautiful girls, a dog named Maizey, and a cat named Louie. Our life is filled with God, love, and activities. I was a college athlete, so exercise has always been an important part of my daily routine. I enjoy running, walking, and taking classes at Move4. I am super excited to join the Move4 family and make a difference in your life just as Move4 has already done in mine.
