December 31: The Last Gasp 5k Trail Run starts on the trail at Westgate Park at 9 a.m. with race-day registration beginning at 8 a.m. at the Tennis Center. The entry fee is $15.00 which includes awards in 5-year age groups, a pair of running gloves and refreshments for all entrants. This event is open to all runners, joggers, and walkers. "Go Wild" 5k Winners.

Have you seen the guy painting the mural downtown on Burdeshaw Street? That's the next Dothan mural and you can run by it on March 5th at the "Go Wild" 5K. All the proceeds from this ace will benefit the mural. It will be the 20th mural in Dothan. Plan to run the race and get a 'sidewalk' view. That Saturday is also the day for Dothan's Artwalk with lots of music, artistry and of course food trucks downtown.

Hey everybody, Chris Lodal at THE CELLAR is treating the DRC to a wine tasting on Thursday, Feb 4th . The wine tasting will be from 5:30 to 6:30 and then stay on for a dutch treat supper. I love the short-rib sliders!! We're even letting this be our February club meeting. See you there.

Come on out to finish the year off with the "Last Gasp" 5k Trail run on Saturday, December 26th. Race start time is 9 am with registration beginning at 8 am at the Westgate Tennis Center. $15.00 entry fee with awards and Larry's famous red beans and rice afterwards. Come burn off some calories the day after Christmas!
