A common question we have discussed is, "How much water should I drink? Is a gallon of water a day really necessary?"
The answer may surprise you. Several factors affect how much water is needed per day such as where you live, the season, how active you are, your diet, and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, men need 125 ounces and women 91 ounces.
If you're like me, you probably need to up your H2O intake. Drink up!!
