I've been spending some time back in the kitchen testing recipes, revisiting flavors, and thinking about what I want this next chapter of Plates & Pound Cakes to look like.

We're making room for more intentional menus, family-sized meals, catering pans, and dessert packages designed for sharing.

Because sometimes you need dinner taken care of, sometimes you're feeding a crowd, and sometimes you just need a really good dessert. 😉

🍓 STRAWBERRY CRUNCH POUND CAKE 🍓

Y'all… the kitchen has been calling my name!

Last Friday, in the middle of all the rain and storm preparations, I found myself back in the kitchen doing what I love — creating something sweet from scratch.

This Strawberry Crunch Pound Cake was one of the results! 🍰

And after receiving a 99 on our recent quarterly food inspection, I feel even more motivated to get back to serving you all.

As we prepare for football gatherings, family dinners, holiday parties, and all the celebrations coming up, we're getting ready to bring you more of what you love in a new way:

🍂 WE’RE BACK IN THE KITCHEN! 🍂

It’s been a little while since you’ve seen us around here. Our last Plates & Pound Cakes drop was May 7, and while we’ve been quiet, we certainly haven’t stopped dreaming about what’s next. ❤️

But something happened yesterday that gave me the little push I needed…

✨Our quarterly food inspection came back with a 99!✨

And walking out of that inspection, I realized just how much I’ve missed being in the kitchen.

So… Plates & Pound Cakes is coming back!🥳

And we’re coming back with a slightly different approach.

As the seasons change, football gets into full swing, family gatherings start filling the calendar, and holiday parties begin making their way onto everyone’s schedules, we want to make feeding your family, your team, or your guests a little easier.

Moving forward, you’ll see more of:

Larger portions designed to feed the family without you having to spend your evening in the kitchen.

🥘 Catering Pans
Your favorite Plates & Pound Cakes dishes prepared in pans for gatherings, celebrations, game days, office events, showers, parties, and more.

🍰 Dessert Packages
Because no gathering is complete without something sweet! Expect our signature pound cakes, specialty cheesecakes, cake pops, lots of chocolate dipped surprises, and other desserts packaged perfectly for sharing—or keeping all to yourself. 😉

We’re also looking forward to bringing back some of the dishes you’ve asked about, while introducing some new ones along the way.
