I have gained and lost the same 20 pounds probably six times over the last two decades.
It’s madness, really. 😂
After gaining 20 pounds during the COVID year, I eventually lost 10 of them—and let me tell you, losing those 10 pounds took every bit of knowledge, motivation, sweat, patience, and vegetable I had in me. 🥦😂
It never seems to get easier. And as we get older, our bodies change and sometimes the things that worked before simply don’t work the same way anymore.
This definitely isn’t a “look at me and do it my way” post.
It IS a YOU CAN DO IT post. ❤️
For the last six years, I’ve struggled with my weight and, if I’m being completely transparent, I’ve sometimes felt embarrassed calling myself a fitness professional while not feeling comfortable in my own body.
But I kept trying.
I kept learning.
I kept adjusting.
And somewhere along the way, I figured out my formula—the combination of things that works for ME.
Today, I’m officially 20 pounds down, and more importantly, I feel GREAT. Stronger. More confident. More comfortable in my clothes and in my own skin.
And the boost to my mental well-being has been every bit as meaningful as the number on the scale.
So now I want to turn my experience into something that might help someone else.
Want to join me?
I’ll share exactly what I’ve been doing—the habits, workouts, nutrition strategies, accountability tools, and the little things that finally made a difference for me.
In exchange, I’m asking for just one conversation about where YOU are right now, what you’ve tried, what you’re struggling with, and where you’d like to go.
No judgment. No one-size-fits-all plan. No pretending it’s easy.
Just a starting point.
Because if you’ve been gaining and losing the same pounds over and over again too, I want you to know:
You are absolutely capable of starting again. And this time might just be the time it clicks. 💪❤️
