Drumroll please!! So, today ended our New Year, New You challenge. This was a 4 week challenge.  I’d like to start by saying, I’m so proud of each of you. Together in 4 weeks we lost 60.83 pounds & 31.461%. What makes me most excited is that the previous challenge was 6 weeks, and we lost together as a whole… 169 pounds. Grand total 229lbs lost.

Now, for the good good stuff! BIG Congratulations to my winner of this challenge. Sil Via . She lost 9.3lbs & 5.5%.

Next in, Tara Renee down another 14lbs (from the 34lbs lost in the previous challenge) 4.81%.

Love when my ladies feel & love a challenge. They push it to the limits. 8am group did 225 reps max 11 rounds. This one (one on one) Morgan Scheidt did 13 rounds (2925 reps) AND THEN… her husband challenged her to do 75 more reps to make it an even 3000. 💪🏽🍑

So, not really sure where to begin. As all of you know… A week ago today my gym was flooded do to a busted pipe in the upstairs area. Since then, I have been in the gym everyday hour upon hour with my clients and friends —-piecing it all back together. I can’t wait for all of you to see the changes… Different yes, but good!

There’s literally no money or gifts in the world that could repay all of you for helping me, sending a daily pouring of text or calls to be sure that I’m well, dropping off biscuits & buckets, sending gifts (specifically certificates for a massage) i’m simply overwhelmed with the kindness.

So, with that being said, today will be my final walk-through to do a light cleaning, and be sure everything is ready to go. All classes will resume as normal tomorrow (Monday) morning at 9 AM. 🙏🏼 I look forward to seeing all of you this week. Can’t wait for all the eye rolling & name calling! Be ready to work! 🍑💪🏽 Let’s get it! Happy Happy New Year!

ATTENTION: please be advised that no morning or evening classes will be conducted for the next few days. On Christmas, the pipes busted in the upstairs of my gym causing a substantial amount of water to fill the studio.  I am making every effort to get all of the water up, and dry the gym out. Hoping to be back in business by Thursday. I will text those of you who are already on the schedule for the remainder of the week. If you have any questions please text me.
