Every single day, somebody online has an opinion about how I look, how I age, how I speak, how I exist.
And every single day… I still show up. 🖤
Not because I need validation.
Not because I think I’m perfect.
But because I know there’s another woman watching me silently fight through the same insecurities she’s carrying.
Being seen is exhausting sometimes.
Especially in a world that gets uncomfortable when a woman refuses to shrink herself with age.
But helping people heal their body, rebuild their confidence, and stop hiding from life… means more to me than the opinions of strangers hiding behind keyboards.
