🏆 Start Them Young. Build Them Strong.

One of the greatest gifts you can give your child isn't just talent—it's the opportunity to develop discipline, confidence, and a strong work ethic at a young age.

When children begin training early, they learn much more than athletic skills. They discover how to overcome challenges, accept coaching, work with teammates, and understand that success comes from consistent effort. Those lessons carry over into the classroom, their friendships, and eventually their careers.

Not every child will become a professional athlete, and that's okay. The goal isn't just to create great players—it's to help shape great people. Every practice teaches responsibility. Every drill builds confidence. Every setback becomes a lesson in resilience. Every success reminds them that hard work pays off.

The earlier children are exposed to positive coaching and structured training, the more time they have to build healthy habits that can last a lifetime. It's never about being perfect—it's about getting a little better every single day.

As parents, don't wait for someone else to develop your child's potential. Invest in them now. Encourage them, support them, and give them opportunities to grow. Years from now, they'll remember the time you spent helping them chase their dreams more than any trophy they ever won.

The best time to start building a champion isn't tomorrow—it's today. 💪🏈⚽🏀

I train about 10 kids in Dover, DE — some completely free. Many of these kids come from families who can't afford private training, and I believe they deserve the same opportunities as anyone else.

Right now we need new equipment to keep these kids safe and help them grow. A JUGS Machine, tackling pads, footballs, agility gear — things that make every drill better and every session safer.

I started a GoFundMe to raise $5,000 for equipment. If you can donate, amazing. If you can't, sharing this post costs nothing and could reach someone who can.

Every kid who shows up to that field deserves to train with safe, quality equipment. Let's make that happen.

I started a gofundme for equipment for kids that I train. I want to provide the right equipment for them to get to thier goals in sports. Its been a month with only one person willing to help. Its okay im not going to quit. I will continue to help them. I train kids for free who cant afford training. I won't show them how to quit.

Many of the kids I train come from families who may not alway… Harold Mason needs your support for Support New Equipment for Young Athletes in Dover, Delaware.

Every single one of these young athletes came to the field ready to work. Different ages. Different sports. Different backgrounds. But the same hunger to be GREAT.
At Elite Agility Coaching, we train athletes of ALL sports and ALL ages in speed, agility, confidence, discipline, and work ethic — and many of our athletes train completely FREE because we refuse to let money be the reason a kid doesn't get their shot.
But to keep growing — to buy more equipment, serve more athletes, and reach more kids right here in our community — we need YOUR help.
🎯 Our GoFundMe goal: $4,000

Every dollar goes directly to our athletes.

Even $5 makes a difference. Share this post and help us get the word out. These kids are counting on this community to show up for them the same way they show up for us. 🙏
