Woman’s only Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Self-Defense) class begins this evening at 7:00 pm. Any and all adults are welcome to attend. Wear standard workout clothes; no other uniforms or equipment is needed. Additionally, no experience is required; this is a basics curriculum.
