Week 5 kicks off with the Mtag of Practice Integrity. The way you play says a lot about who you are. Practice integrity by playing fair, owning your mistakes, and respecting your teammates, coaches, and opponents.

Make the right choice even when you could get away with making the wrong one. Winning is great, but building character lasts a lot longer. At Armor Sports, we want to compete hard and play the right way.

This week's Mtag is Encourage Others. Great teammates do more than make plays. They encourage each other, celebrate the small wins, and pick each other up when things don’t go their way. At Armor Sports, we want to be the kind of team that makes everyone better. Words have a huge impact! Use them wisely.

At Armor Sports, we want them to learn how to work hard, handle challenges, be a good teammate, and keep getting better.

That’s what this week's Mtag of WORK HARD means at Armor Flag Football. The goal is to build skills on the field while helping players develop a mindset they can carry with them long after the season ends.
