What an awesome day we had today. A few of our young wrestlers competed in their first preseason tournament of the year today. I could not be more proud of them.

Coach Tony Wuest and Coach Chase Poore teaching the little guys at last nights wrestling practice. It’s amesome seeing how fast these kids develop with the small practice groups.

Delaware’s Top Team Legend Youth Wrestling club is a USA Certified Charter wrestling club with a USA Certified Wrestling Leader as head Coach.

Reminder that wrestling season is close and if you want to have all the advantages you can, practice all year around. Our program is almost full. We have a very strict capacity limit of 20 wrestlers.

Reminder there is no practice August 4 & 6, 2025.

Spring / Summer youth wrestling is picking up. It’s great to see so many kids putting in the work needed to be champions.

Practices are Monday & Wednesday 6:00 pm.

It’s totally ok to take the summer off from wrestling. Just don’t be upset when you lose to the ones who didn’t.

Top Team Legend youth wrestling in Dover, DE is an all year around wrestling program for ages 5-up.

Reminder that the academy is closed for Spring Break the week of March 31-April 4, 2025.

Jr High and High school age wrestling beginning.

Beginning May 5, 2025 Monday & Wednesday 4:30 - 6:00 pm ages 12-17 Spring through Fall wrestling begins. Maximum of 15 wrestlers allowed in the program. Contact us now to reserve your spot.

We had great practices this week and am really looking forward to Spring and Summer practices where we focus on perfecting the basics. Basics win matches!
