We are a local grassroots race team of two life long friends. When Duke retired, he turned the operation over to us and the rest is history.
John Wothers and Ryan Walsen have worked on this car since high school when Ryan's Dad Duke Walsen ran it.

We are 2 races into the 2026 season. After a race at Delaware International Speedway and a race at Georgetown Speedway, this is how the points stand.
There is no rest for us as we head back to Georgetown this Friday night for race number 3!
Well it's been awhile but here is the update to the 2026 season.
Ryan has stepped back and John is taking the rains for now. Since that move has happened, we have changed the name to W & W motorsports. No matter what happens, I can not thank Duke and Ryan enough for the opportunity to be part of this team.
We made it out for the forst race of year last week at Delmar and believe we have terminal transmission issues. It's going to take a little bit of time to get this fixed and some other projects to get completed but we plan to be back better then before.

It has been a LONG 2 and a half months getting this back together. I had a goal to be back for the Camp Barnes Benefit Race, and thanks to some awesome people, the goal is achievable.
First and foremost, the you to Scott and Gilbert's Tire and Wheels! This would never have been possible without his assistance.
Also, thanks to Mark Maguire for allowing me to work on the car at the farm and using the tractor to unload a massive paper weight!
It looks like I'll be back on the track Thursday night!
