This 60-minute, gentle yoga class is a balanced hybrid of Yin and Restorative Yoga. Practice begins with breath-work and centering, followed by a very slow set of yin-style deep stretches, held for 2-8 minutes. Amy then leads you through prop-supported restorative postures for deeper physical relaxation and a guided meditation to promote calm and clarity.

Join Ruby and Lisandra on 8/12 at 7:30pm for a Sound + Drum Healing Session. Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, bells and the ancient healing sound of the drum!
We'll begin with a hot cup of tea, an oracle card pull and breathwork. Class will end with a lengthy restorative meditation.

Can Anyone Help?

Update! We have found a foster for Sirius!! Thank you so much everyone for sharing and reaching out offering to help ❤️ we are very grateful!

We are failing this dog and I’m not sure what else to do but straight up beg for someone to please step up for Sirius so he can get his heartworm treatment.

Sirius a great dog. He is happy, likes other dogs, has done well with kids, good in his crate. We have volunteers willing to help with vet transport. He just needs a place to stay for at least the two months he will be having heartworm treatment and he will need to be kept calm while having treatment which may require some separation from your dogs to prevent high energy play.

Sirius is around 40 pounds and has been described as the happiest dog ever. He is also deaf but this doesn’t stop him from living a full life.

We cover all vet care and can provide food and supplies as well.

PLEASE consider fostering him. We are begging. He is a good dog and deserves to be able to get the treatment he needs.
