To all who are taking up boxing as sport and as a workout, DO NOT! get frustrated when you miss or forget a punch! Many tend to overthink get frustrated or even get mad. Its normal! Solution is to keep practicing! Here and I are working on a new 10 punch combo. We didn’t get it right every time but with practice we will be able to clean it up. Stay tuned for next video of this exciting combo!
