Stay tuned in our last week in our current location for some big news- it’s no surprise to our members, but for new friends or friends from a far we are moving! (Yes again, but for the benefit of our clients!) Our last official day is 12/20 at 209 Shewell Ave. We will be taking the holiday season to rest, reset, and rally to our new location that will be announced 😉 In the meantime time our schedule is packed with classes to go out with a BANG.

So incredibly proud of Petri & Perks ( & ) for their first doubles routine at PSO Central this past weekend!! And look at their amazing costumes made by .dancewear

We got the sneak peak of their show, and it was absolutely delightful, you two are so precious and had us laughing out loud 🫶 Cheers to the both of you!!

6:00 Flexibility with - TWISTED!
This is a Tim Burton Themed Class, inspired by his signature art style of black & white stripes and twists. We’ll be working on spine mobility, with some fun twists and backbends. Black & White stripes or (functioning) Tim Burton costumes encouraged.

7:15 Aerial Chains with - Scare-ial Chains! (See what we did there?) tonight we’re focusing on tangled suspensions! Full coverage in all black recommended! Absolutely no body jewelry/piercings.

8:30 Open Practice - otherwise known as Open Casket ⚰️ Come play on your apparatus of choice!

Halloween is just around the corner!! And we have a little something special planned 😈 Join us on 10/31 during our open practice for a scary fun photoshoot! Our very own (pictured above 🫶) will be there for mini shoots, any one is welcome to register and use the back drop! Spots are limited so sign up today! (And make sure you join the wait list too!)

Pole 2 at 6:00: In the Night 🌌We’ll be working on our nebulas, stargazers, jade stars, fallen stars ⭐️💫 crescent moons, reverse crescent moons, moonbeams 🌙 🌕 and maybe even some spiders and batwings 🕷️🦇

Pole Flow 1 at 7:15: Bad Things 🩸 The iconic intro to True Blood! Heels are recommended for this class, socks are mandatory. No specific skin grip required!!

Aerial Yoga at 8:30: Aerial Yoga Slumber Party!
Bring a blankey, stuffed animal and wear your favorite onesie, slippers, pajamas, whatever you’re most cozy in. This Low-Hammock Restorative Yoga will be the perfect wind down to the day. Come get snuggly!

7:15 Pole Level 3/4 with - Death Defying Drops! 😱 (but in a safe and controlled way!) Learn two transitions that qualify as Risk Factors competitively with the help of our safety equipment and professional spotting!

8:30 Pole & Chair with Emily- Dirt 🪦 Think sexy scary. Think mildly inappropriate. And don’t wear anything you won’t mind getting a little dirty during a quick/impromptu photoshoot 😉

6:00 Pole Level 1 with - Do you believe in magic? Learn some simply magical Halloween themed shapes, with a special illusion to wrap up class 🔮 Don’t be afraid! This is level 1 and perfect for beginners, black and red attire recommended! 🖤❤️

7:15 Pole Level 3 with - Monster Mash! Taking our classic Halloween shapes to the next level! Use the monster strength you’ve gained from Charlie’s killer conditioning to execute some devilishly intricate shapes 👻

6:00 Pole All Levels with - No more fright of the spotlight 👀
In this class we’ll focus on finding body awareness with a simpler style of pole dance to promote more fluid movements and transitions - so no one’s afraid of the spotlight! Costumes highly encouraged as this class is entirely low flow there is no skin grip needed

8:3 Flow Foundations with - You got me on edge 😱
Heels are encouraged for tonight’s class to keep our focus on edge work for our heels! (If you’re going shoeless, that’s okay! But please bring socks) We’re going to be moving slow and steady to a sultry song in order to get behind the beat so that’s we can HIT when it counts 👠 No skin grip required, witch costumes encouraged!
