I've decided to create this page to motivate and challenge YOU to join me on this journey to become healthier and happier little by little, step by step, everyday! I had to deal with divorce, I had to fight in court to be able to see my daughter, I also had a few injuries as well... results: stress, unhealthy weight loss and a pack of cigs per day..

It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🩷
As I do it every year, 10% of all the new enrollments in October will be donated to BCRF (Breast Cancer Research Foundation). Of course in our new location here in Doylestown won’t be any different.
