Grace…I had to give it to myself today. My yoga practice was sloppy and shaky. I felt out of sync the entire practice but I continued the movement. I finished, took a longer Shavasana, but still felt unsettled. I gave myself grace…I said “hey self this is just today and it’s ok”, and then…I put on my recovery shoes and took waterfall for 30 full breaths…I felt a shift about halfway through. I felt how beautiful giving myself grace can be. So muscle through the shaky stuff and give yourself grace to make it through, however that looks 🩵🩵🩵
