On Oct 1st our class pass rates are increasing, to continue supporting the sustainability of the studio and bring you more classes this winter.

Lock in our current rates on Class Packs and Memberships until September 30! No limit on how many Class Packs you can purchase. And Memberships can secure our current rates until you are up for renewal.

New Memberships will see a $1-$3.75 increase per class
Class Packs will see a $1.5-$2 increase per class

Fall Schedule is ramping up with September approaching! This week and next you’ll see our new class times landing fully after Labor Day.

Here is the breakdown of when our new class times hit the schedule:

New TODAY: Mondays 12:00pm | Hot Power Flow
Sept 2: Wednesdays 5:45pm | Hot Sculpt (Time Change)

Sept 8 & 10: Tues/Thurs 9:30am | Hot Sculpt

Sept 12: 12:00pm Saturdays | The Lab Class
A new $10 class taught by newly trained teachers working to develop their teaching skills! Come support these amazing teachers with their varying class styles.

Sept 14:
8:30am Mondays | Slow & Strong
6:00pm Mondays | Fierce Flow (Class & Time Change)

Tess you embody so much of what Resilience is built upon. You love your fellow students, never fail to welcome a new student practicing near you and help others feel at ease. Your strength, energy and practice has expanded way beyond your mat in the most beautiful ways! You are a true light in this community and we love you immensely.
