In observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 7th:

🏋️ Titan Fitness will remain OPEN for our members to enjoy.

🔒 The Titan Fitness office will be CLOSED.

🚫 There will be NO CLASSES on Monday.

Enjoy your Labor Day! We’ll see you back on Tuesday for our regular office hours and class schedule.

Due to scheduling conflict, we will not have water aerobics today, August 7 at Titan Fitness.We will be back in the water next Friday, August 14.

As we begin August, it is a time of getting back to schedules, with school starting. Our challenge for each of you is to commit time for yourself! YOU deserve this! Please find our updated class schedule. We miss you when you are not with us. We welcome new faces to any of our classes!

Happy July! The classes at Titan Fitness for the remainder of the week are as follows: Wednesday- 10:00- Silver Sneakers, 11:00- Wall Pilates. Thursday- 9:00- Yoga, 10:00- Silver Sneaker, 11:00- Chair Yoga, 4:30 and 5:30- Strength In Motion. No Classes this Friday. The office of Titan Fitness is closed to celebrate the 4th of July.
