Congratulations to all who competed this past weekend at the State Freestyle/ Greco tournament and all who qualified for Fargo. If you came up short, you can still qualify this weekend at the northern plaines event I’m Rochester, MN. There is also the southern plaines event is Kansas the last weekend of this month.
Let us know as soon as possible if you would like to compete at either of these events.

A couple updates:

1) * Schedule* – Many of you already know that we discovered a schedule conflict last week on Tue with the Judo Club. Unfortunately we will have to make an adjustment until they are done on December 20th. Moving forward instead of Tue we will go Sun at 5pm. The other days stay the same. So from now until Dec 20 we will practice Mon and Wed at 6:30pm and Sun at 5pm. After Dec 20 we will go back to Mon, Tue, and Wed night at 6:30. We apologize for the inconvenience!

2) Nov 20 - “Weigh In” Event at Moskis BBQ in Cascade. Area coaches will discuss their teams and the upcoming season. Come enjoy some BBQ, talk a little wrestling and get some additional information about the upcoming season.

Next week we are off on Halloween, (Mon 10/31) but will be back to normal Tue and Wed.
Reminder, we have added an extra day of practice at no extra cost for the upcoming season.
Practices will be Mon, Tue, and Wed from 6:30-7:45. (Nov 1 - Mar 1)
We’ll see everyone at practice on Tuesday.
