So those of you that follow me it's been almost a year since my upsetting title loss but I came back 20 times stronger it's been a struggling and irritating training camp and I'm not close to weight still got along ways to go but I been eating good and putting in serious effort and sweat Smh 7 hrs at gym yesterday good cardio weight training today my breathing seems to be fine cardio is looking good my moves are getting better just need to get this weight down seems almost impossible
