CrossFit Kids & Teens Camp – Summer 2025
Get ready for two weeks packed with energy, laughter, and movement! Our CrossFit Kids & Teens Camp is more than just exercise—it’s a chance for kids to connect, grow, and build lifelong healthy habits in a fun and supportive environment. Whether they’re climbing, jumping, lifting, or learning, every day is designed to help them feel strong, capable, and proud of what their bodies can do.
Campers will:
- Play games, build strength, and improve movement technique
- Learn about nutrition in an age-appropriate, engaging way (games for kids, casual info sessions for teens—never restrictive or diet-focused)
- Enjoy healthy, balanced, nut-free snacks each day
- Wrap up the week with a fun “in-house competition” where parents are invited to come cheer them on!

🧑‍🎓 CrossFit Teen Camp (Ages 13–18)
🕥 Time: 10:15 AM – 12:15 PM
đź’˛ Cost: $120 per camper
🔹 Each camp runs Monday through Friday
🔹 Includes a healthy snack each day (nut-free!)
🔹 Includes a T-Shirt
🔹 Movement skills, games, nutrition talks/games, and a final “competition” event on Friday
🔹 Focused on fun, fitness, and confidence-building

We just wrapped up another great session of Kidfit with new skills being introduced and learned each week!
Our new 8 weeks will begin this next Saturday on May 3rd. Please make sure to RSVP if you will be joining the group or returning so coaches can plan accordingly.
