Empowermental Hi, I am Eryka, the owner & instructor of Empowermental. I am a 1st degree black belt & have been teaching self-defense classes for over 22 years.

*Self-Defense programs that are personalized & age specific.
*Cardio Kickboxing that is modifiable & includes a variety of moves.
**Private classes are available upon request** Our Self-Defense classes/programs:
*Personalized - focusing on what feels natural to YOU, every person is different
*Age specific moves & techniques - including real life situations
*Repetition - the more you practice them the more they will be ingrained into your brain

Our Cardio Kickboxing classes:
*Modifiable - perfect for any fitness level
*Variety of moves for a full body workout
