These classes combine gentle movement, stillness, breath, meditation, and healing sound vibrations to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with the peace within.

As I put the finishing touches on our upcoming Yoga Apprenticeship Weekend, I can't help but feel excited about what is possible.
This training isn't just about learning how to teach yoga. It's about stepping into your voice, sharing your gifts, deepening your practice, and discovering what you're capable of creating.
Some participants may choose to teach. Others may simply gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the practice they love. For some, this experience may become the catalyst for something entirely new.
One of my greatest joys is helping others recognize their potential and watching them grow into roles they may never have imagined for themselves.
I am incredibly grateful for this group and can't wait to see what unfolds during our weekend together. The future of The Well is not built by one person—it is built by a community of people willing to learn, grow, and lead.

"I wasn't sure I'd be able to do it."
When she first walked through our doors, she had recently completed rehabilitation after a stroke. She knew she needed to keep moving—not only to support her recovery, but to invest in her long-term health and well-being.
