There are so many different avenues you can take when it comes to "fitness." I put quotation marks because fitness has a different meaning to everyone. Bottom line, all the matters is that you are true to you and treat others with respect. If what you are doing brings you joy then keep on with it. If you aren't happy then do what you need to do to be happy. Just know that changes in your physical appearance does bring you happiness in the moment, but it is fleeting. That is why it is so important that you feel joy in what you are doing or else you will be left feeling empty and looking for the next thing to fill it.

You know you have become a "meat head" when you have dreams about new veins popping out in your shoulders and chest. I was so excited in my dream and showed my husband and he proceeded to lift my shirt up and show me that I didn't have veins in my abs yet! Lolol I can always count on him to tell me that there is more work to be done! Cardio time :)))

Made it threw another one of Phillip Brown horrible 10 min cardio slaying. He calls this one the 5 and die... a reverse su***de with randomly selected burpee, squat jumps, push ups, mountain climbers, and jumping jacks. Oh how i cant wait to destroy some turkey. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!

You do not need an hour on a machine to get the fat burning benefits of cardio! Phillip has been taking me through some weight lifting finisher to give my metabolism a nice boost for the rest of the day. They take anywhere from 4-10 minutes so no excuses ;) This was yesterdays.

100 squats, 100 jumping jacks, 100 push ups

You can do any amount at a time that you want, but as soon as you finish with a round you have to complete 10 burpees. I ended up doing 5 sets of burpees because I can't do anywhere near 100 push ups in a row :((( and of course doing burpees in between sets of push ups completely kills your upper body.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes! If you have to do less burpees than me kudos to you!!! :D
