Molly and I have been friends for a very long time.
We have worked together, inspired one another in the business world, learned from one another, grown along side each other, practiced hard conversations, created cool ideas… you name it 😂
One thing we didn’t think we’d ever share is the anniversary date of our husband’s passing, but somehow Kyle and Brandon even connected us in that 🫶
We are both honored to offer a 75 minute practice tomorrow night that incorporates yoga, meditation, sound healing, and words of connection and love that we hope resonate with all who feel called to be there ✨
Grief and gratitude are something ALL of us experience in so many different ways and on so many different levels. This class won’t be “heavy” in nature and you don’t have to have lost anyone to appreciate it.
It’s more about the reminder that we are all connected and the more we see each other and share our stories, the more we never feel alone in the messiness of this human experience.
We hope to see you tomorrow night.
6:00 pm in The Back Space.
ReveLuna will be open later for mocktails, cocktails, smoothies, and community time afterwards ❤️
Did I mention it’s FREE? Sign up under events!

Before class this morning, as I was thinking about my message to share, I googled the difference between strength and resilience because I realized something…
People often compliment our strength after a loss, but we didn’t ask to be handed reasons to become strong. Sometimes it can feel like a badge we wear without choosing to.
What I read is that strength is the ability to endure the storm initially. Resilience is the ability to bend and shift through that storm without breaking. One helps us survive. One helps shape who we become in the aftermath ❤️
Today in sculpt, somewhere between the planks, pushups, and other hard 🤪, we paused in down dog to commit to move this morning in celebration of Brandon.
That got me thinking about the many lessons my mat has taught me over the last two years as it held me in my healing:
🤍 Doing hard things on my mat reminds me I can do hard things in life too.
🤍 Movement is a privilege. When Brandon stopped being able to move his body, I committed to honoring mine even more.
🤍 Community matters deeply. The people who show up for you during hard seasons will surprise you in the best ways, and sometimes the hardest ways too. But we can’t do it alone. We aren’t meant to.
🤍 Our capacity for discomfort has to be built. Yoga teaches us to breathe through discomfort and to stay instead of running from it.
🤍 Asana is only one small part of yoga. How we live, love, grow, and show up for others off the mat is the real practice
🤍 Gratitude truly is medicine. I will never fully be able to express what this community has meant to my family and I these last two years
And lastly, I’ll always believe this lesson from yoga:
Life is bigger than us and we honor the people we love and miss by embodying the best parts of them, never taking life for granted, and fully living for them alongside ourselves 🤍
So, I guess I’ll take the fact that I’m strong, because I am held up by so many other strong people who see me and help build me up.
I’ll keep practicing the resilience both on and off my mat, because it’s what life is all about- not being given the perfect life, but making the most out of the one we have and being present for it 🫶
