Going through photos of you feels impossible because every single one tells the same story in a different way: joy, loyalty, laughter, and the kind of energy that makes people feel supported + loved.

While most people are kicking off Memorial Day weekend… we’re going into overdrive. Because that’s what you need to do at times when you’re a family-owned local business.

It’s refresh time at Soul, and we are so excited to kick off Phase One of giving the studio a little extra love.

We started construction on this space almost 8 years ago, and after thousands of classes, sweaty high-fives, deep breaths + that contagious collective energy - she deserves a glow-up.

Up first: bathroom/shower floors, fresh paint, less stuff, and the big one… our yoga room floor is getting stripped, cleaned + recoated.

Because that floor needs time to dry, the holiday weekend felt like the perfect window to make it happen while impacting the schedule as little as possible.

Saturday is our regular class schedule + don’t forget we have Pilates on the Deck with Millenium!

Friday note: bathrooms will still be available, but showers will close after the times listed.

Thank you for rolling with us while we freshen things up. Soul is getting a little polish, a little reset + apparently… a very cute assistant on the cleaning crew. 😉✨
